HHG acquires Mandurah practice

HHG Legal Group has expanded its regional network, acquiring a practice in Mandurah to add to its offices in Albany and Mt Barker, and its main operation in West Perth.

It has bought the long-standing Nicholson Clement practice, which was established in Mandurah in 1963.

Managing director Simon Creek said the Mandurah office now had four full-time legal staff, with support from West Perth-based specialists in property, commercial, litigation, insolvency, family law and other practice areas.

He said HHG lawyers would visit Mandurah as needed, and the firm also planned to recruit more lawyers for Mandurah over the next six months.

“All other law firms in Mandurah are typical generalist country practices; our approach is to offer something different to such a fast growing regional city, just as we do in Albany,” Mr Creek said.

“We now provide Mandurah with access to award winning West Perth lawyers, while retaining the Nicholson Clement wills and probate team built up by John Reyburn”.

HHG Legal is ranked as the 14^th largest law firm in Western Australia, with 39 legal professionals and 58 staff, according to the BNiQ database.
