BEDDING franchiser Joyce Corporation Ltd has appointed former HBF chief executive Mike Gurry as a non-executive director, to replace retiring director John Ries. Mr Gurry is chairman of charity group United Way and a director of Integrated Group Ltd, though that position will end shortly following the acquisition of Integrated by Melbourne company Programmed Maintenance Services Ltd.
