Perth-based Golden Eagle Mining has announced plans for a back-door listing on the Australian Securities Exchange.Golden Eagle said it had executed a letter of intent with Sydney-based Welcome Stranger Mining, under which WSE will acquire all of Golden Eagle’s issued shares.
