Announce a capital raising that will raise a minimum of $1.3 million. The capital raising will be completed in two parts. Firstly, Glengarry has today completed a placement of 24,000,000 ordinary shares at an issue price of 4.2 cents each. Glengarry also is to offer its shareholders the opportunity to participate in the Share Purchase Plan.
