COMO-BASED GME Resources Ltd has appointed mining engineer David Varcoe as managing director, replacing Jamie Sullivan. Mr Varcoe has over 20 years’ experience including extensive senior managerial and technical positions with Australia and international resource companies. His experience includes positions at Sons of Gwalia, Centaur, WMC and Goldfields St Ives, and is principal consultant for Rio Tinto Technical Services.
