Startup studio Atomic Sky has named the nine businesses selected for the first edition of the new Fusion Founder startup program, which will be operating in the Tech Hub co-working space in Northbridge.
Starting today, the three-month program will provide founders and entrepreneurs with mentorship, guest speakers, seminars and workshops to help turn their startups into profitable companies attracting investment.
The startups selected for the first edition of the program are FitJak, Travel Eggs, the Legal Lackey, Dijital, the Journey Program, Delivery Engine, Gno-me, EQUIPD, and Easy OT.
Fusion Founder director Sam Mead said the cohort would rub shoulders with local startup owners who would speak from experience and share what it took to succeed.
Mentors and guest speakers for the program include 6Q founder Miles Burke, iZRA founder Cassie Fox, Buzzy Talks founder Lauren Trlin, Textie founder Cam Sinclair, CrowdfundUP founder Jack Quigley, and Apps Ppl (formerly known as AppLabs) founder Stuart Kidd.
The program culminates with a demo day in August, where program participants will pitch to angel investors and venture capitals for seed investment.
