Some three months after listing on the stock market, co-founder of engineering firm Emerson Stewart Group Ltd Angelo Dabala has resigned as executive director.
Chairman of the Perth-based firm, Steven Cole, said personal life changes have caused Mr Dabala to rethink the level of business involvement he takes on.
".. in his experience, public company life through an IPO (initial public offer) can be quite a sea change," Mr Cole said.
Mr Dabala will continue to offer his services to Emerson on a consultancy basis.
Emerson was co-founded by Mr Dabala and Dario Amara.
Additionally, the company has been selected to provide project management services for the Cairn Hill magnetite-copper-gold project including road and rail infrastructure in the Northern Territory.
