The City of Perth is on the lookout for a new chief executive, after incumbent Frank Edwards announced his retirement.
Mr Edwards, who will finish up on September 21, has held the position since April 2002.
“It has been an exciting 10 years that has seen the city grow and develop, along with the realisation of several long-held visions for the city, such as the City Link and Waterfront projects,” Mr Edwards said.
Lord Mayor Lisa Scaffidi said Mr Edwards had served the city with great distinction.
Ms Scaffidi said his departure date would allow the city to find a replacement and would provide for a smooth transition.
