Duncan joins Energy Ventures

FORMER Uranium Institute chairman Ian Duncan has been appointed as non-executive chairman of West Perth-based Energy Ventures, replacing Michael Blakiston, who has resigned after two years at the company, which recently changed its name from Australian Development Capital.
