Dowling replaces Minosora at E & Y

ACCOUNTANTS Ernst & Young have appointed Jeff Dowling as managing partner, western region, after Michael Minosora announced his resignation from the position in January to take up a new appointment at Woodside Petroleum next month.

Mr Dowling has been a partner at Ernst and Young since 1987 and represents the office on the firm’s national board.
