Doray Minerals has announced a 15 per cent increase in full-year gold production at its Andy Well gold project, located in the Murchison region of Western Australia.
The company also said it achieved a record quarterly gold production in the June quarter of 28,180 ounces.
Doray's full year production at Andy Well was up to 88,736oz, equal to a 15 per cent increase on its 76,785oz result last year.
This was in the top end of the company’s full year guidance target of 85,000-90,000oz, which was upgraded from 77,000-85,000 in December.
Managing director Allan Kelly said the increased production puts Doray in a strong position to complete funding and construction of its second high-grade gold project at its Deflector project in the southern Murchison region.
Doray acquired the Deflector project after successful taking over Mutiny Gold in February.
At the time of writing, Doray’s shares were 1 per cent lower at 0.44 points.
