The strong growth in RCR Tomlinson's share price has delivered windfall gains for chief executive Paul Dalgleish, who exercised another batch of share options today.
Mr Dalgleish acquired $4.4 million worth of shares in the engineering firm at zero net cost.
He exercised a total of 1.4 million 39-cent options and simultaneously sold 154,675 shares to fund the exercise, leaving him with a net gain of 1.245 million shares.
This brings Mr Dalgleish's stake in RCR to 5.3 million shares currently worth $18.2 million.
Just three weeks ago, Mr Dalgleish added $6 million worth of shares to his stake through an exercise of options and the conversion of performance rights.
RCR's shares are currently trading at $3.42.
