DCS Technologies has announced it will relocate its head office from Perth to Melbourne to enable a closer proximity to its major customers.
The company no longer has any activities or staff in Perth and intends to expand its presence in Melbourne, establish a sales office in Sydney, and continue to expand operational infrastructure in Auckland.
Last week, founding chairman John Gillon resigned as a director of DCS Technologies and its subsidiaries. In March, two of the founding directors, Russell Parham and David Wee, resigned from the board, while Roger Evans and John Love were appointed to the (then) four-member board. Mr Evans will assume the chairmanship from Mr Gillon.
