Cooper to Fox

Fox Resources has appointed James Cooper as a non-executive director.

Mr Cooper is a Queensland-based businessman and consultant to various entities controlled by Sam Chong, including Magnetic South, which is a partner in the Mount Oscar magnetite joint venture with Fox.
