Cooper farms-out 15% of Indonesian gas project

South Perth-based oil and gas producer Cooper Energy Ltd has signed a farm-out agreement for 15 per cent of its 45 per cent interest in the South Madura production sharing contract to a subsidiary of Canadian company Nations Energy, Nations Petroleum BV.
