Wesfarmers says full year sales at its Coles supermarket division have leapt 6.1 per cent to $33.7 billion.Reporting its annual sales results for the year to June on Thursday, Wesfarmers said its home improvement and office sales also rose, by 4.7 per cent to $8.6 billion.
