Clayton Utz board appointment

Clayton Utz partner and Perth office corporate practice group leader Mark Paganin has been appopinted to the company’s national board effective January 1. Mr Paganin is a member of Scotch College Council, HBF Health Fund, WA Australian Securities and Investments Commission and ASX Liaison Committees, The Law Society of Western Australia, Australian Institute of Company Directors, and has served a nine year term on the Australian Government's Takeovers Panel.
