City of Perth to consider $38m Stirling Street proposal

A development application has been lodged with the City of Perth for a $38 million, 21-storey apartment project on Stirling Street, next to Telstra’s Perth headquarters.If approved, the project at 74-78 Stirling Street will comprise 136 apartments and ground floor commercial tenancies.
