Cedar Woods appoints independent non-executive director

Valerie Davies has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of Cedar Woods Properties. Ms Davies is on the boards of Amalgamated Holdings Ltd as well as HBF Health Fund and Tourism WA. She holds more than 20 years of experience working with boards of listed companies and providing high level communication advice to numerous blue chip companies and government trading enterprises.
