Brick manufacturers will be heavily impacted by a carbon tax compared to other manufacturers, Opposition Leader Tony Abbott says.Speaking to workers at the Austral Bricks site at Horsley Park in Sydney's southwest, Mr Abbott said the tax had many damaging effects on manufacturers.
