Cape Bouvard buys sites

CAPE Bouvard Investments has bought two apartment sites in Joondalup City from LandCorp for $2.17 million.The sites on Shoveler Terrace achieved a record price per square metre for larger sites in LandCorp’s Joondalup Lakefront subdivision.
