In a statement to the Australian Securities Exchange, Campbell Brothers said Ammtec shareholders who accepted the recommended offer before it was declared unconditional will be sent their chosen offer consideration within five business days of today.
Campbell Brothers said now that the offer is unconditional, the closing date of the recommended offer has been extended to 4pm WST November 12.
Campbell Brothers and Ammtec board's have bother urged Ammtec shareholders who haven't yet accepted the recommended offer to do so as soon as possible.

Recommended Offer declared unconditional
Campbell Brothers and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Australian Laboratory Services Pty Ltd (ALS), announce that ALS' recommended offer for all ordinary shares in Ammtec (Recommended Offer) has now been declared unconditional.
As previously announced, Ammtec shareholders who accepted the Recommended Offer before it was declared unconditional will be sent their chosen offer consideration within 5 business days of today's date (29 October 2010). Ammtec shareholders who accept the offer now that it has been declared unconditional will be sent their chosen offer consideration within 5 business days of their acceptance being processed.
Extension of offer period
Campbell Brothers and ALS also announce that, now that ALS' offer is unconditional, they have decided to extend the closing date of the recommended offer until 4.00pm Perth time on 12 November 2010.
Further action - ACCEPT the Recommended Offer
Campbell Brothers and ALS, together with Ammtec's board of directors, urge all Ammtec shareholders who have not yet accepted the Recommended Offer to do so as soon as possible. Campbell Brothers and ALS have already announced that the current consideration available to Ammtec shareholders under the Recommended Offer is final and will not be increased in the absence of a superior offer.
