There are significant benefits to be gained from strengthening engagement and retention of legal professionals in Western Australia, from our law graduates to highly experienced practitioners. If you’re a law graduate, current practitioner, or you have previously worked in the legal profession, we want to hear from you. We hope to understand what’s driving legal professionals to stay and to leave, and what improvements are necessary to improve engagement and retention.
The Law Society of Western Australia has commissioned an engagement and retention survey to research and report on the health of the legal profession. Stakeholders will make the results available to the legal profession for information and advocate for the adoption of recommendations that are identified as being of priority to address retention and engagement.
The study is being managed by CATALYSE®, an independent research consultancy. In accordance with the Privacy Act, all information provided will remain private and confidential.
This is a critical piece of research. Please support this study and encourage your colleagues to support this study too. We are aiming to hear from 1,000 legal practitioners across Western Australia to make this a reliable and trusted source of information. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
