Online employee screening and resume verification company, CVCheck, has developed a new capability for its screening platform that is expected to expand sales from existing clients and secure new high impact clients.
The new platform connector technology allows clients to connect their SAP SuccessFactors human resources management software directly to CVChecks’ screening platform, which is expected to streamline hiring processes for clients.
SAP SuccessFactors is a leading cloud-based software suite that that covers everything from payroll to employee engagement for more than 6600 customers across more than 60 industries.
This new capability is a continuation of the company’s successful platform integration strategy with HR software providers.
CVCheck Chief Executive Officer Rod Sherwood said: “This new feature means that our customers can combine the power of Success Factors with the convenience of CVCheck screening.”
“Our business development team are already leveraging this new capability to expand sales from existing clients. There is also great potential to add high impact new client relationships to our pipeline.”
In October, the company posted revenues of $3.1 million for the first quarter of the 2019 financial year, up 4% from the same period the previous year.
Notably, customers in the corporate, government, medium and small enterprise sectors, who represent a higher quality, sustainable and recurring business – accounted for 69% of its total revenue, up from 58% in the first quarter of the 2018 financial quarter.
CVCheck said that client integrations into the applicant tracking systems operated by its recruitment agency partners JobAdder, PageUp, SnapHire and Springboard have grown, reaching a total of 35 client integrations at the end of September with a solid pipeline of demand.
There are also several other providers that are at an advanced stage of applicant tracking system integrations according to company management.
Strong demand for CVCheck’s recently introduced streamlined reference check product has already placed it in the top 5 check products that CVCheck sells in Australia.
Early uptake for the product included major companies such as Programmed, Optus and Alinta Energy.
SAP is often touted as the software system of choice for the majors and CVCheck’s move to integrate its screening and checking software with SAP is a smart move for an organization that targets large corporates that have significant employee turnover.
