Businesses move to fix capacity constraints as boom continues

Over one third of WA companies plan to expand their capital stock over the next 12 months, while 75 per cent describe labour as scarce, according to the latest quarterly Commonwealth Bank - CCI Survey of WA Business Expectations, released today.
