Leonard Math has been re-appointed as a non-executive director as a casual vacancy at Kangaroo Resources Limited. Mr Math holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and Information Systems. He was a director of Kangaroo Resources Limited till May 2015 and has previously worked as an auditor at Deloitte and manager of corporate services at GDA Corporate. Leonard has extensive experience in relation to public company responsibilities. He is presently a director of Elemental Minerals Limited and RMA Energy Limited, and is company secretary of a number of listed entities.
Robert McCauley has resigned as Executive Director and CEO of Capital Mining Limited. Mr McCauley will remain as a consultant to the company for the next three months to assist the new directors.

Style Limited has appointed James Clement and Mark Pitts to its Board. Mr Clement has over 10 years of experience in financial services. James has held roles with JM Financial Group, Focus Fisheries, Blackswan Equities and Euroz Securities. Mark Pitts, on the other hand, is a partner in corporate advisory firm Endeavour Corporate.
