Jos Haag has retired as executive chairman and director of Perth listed company Intellect Holdings Limited. The company has appointed director Warren McLeland as interim chairman, pending the selection of a new non-executive chairman.
Intellect also appointed Franky Carbonez, who is based in Belgium, as an additional director.
