Board Moves October 8, 2021

Catalyst Metals has appointed James Champion de Crespigny as non-executive director. Mr Champion de Crespigny is a qualified chartered accountant with extensive experience in capital markets, financing and mergers & acquisitions, primarily in the mining sector. He will enter into a consultancy agreement to provide assistance with the company’s investor relations and business development activities. Mr Champion de Crespigny will commence on 12 November, the day of the AGM, when Gary Schwab retires after 11 years on the board.

Harvest Technology Group has appointed Jack Rosagro as joint company secretary. Mr Rosagro is a Chartered Company Secretary with 16 years of experience in capital markets, share registry, and governance.

Stuart Usher has been appointed chief financial officer and company secretary of Norwood Systems, replacing Steven Wood who has been the company secretary for the last 5 years. Mr Usher is a CPA and Chartered Company Secretary with 25 years of experience in the management and corporate affairs of public listed companies.
