Board Moves October 7, 2021

Eneco Refresh has appointed Colin Moran as an independent non-executive director, following the resignation of Yasuhiro Yamamoto who has been with the board since January 2019. Mr Moran is an executive director of Eneco Energy, a company listed on the Singapore Exchange.

Xantippe Resources has appointed Imants Kins as non-executive director, following the resignation of Young Chan Yu who has been a non-executive director since January 2019. Mr Kins has extensive experience at a senior level in government. Since 1986, he has been a senior manager, corporate economist and director of ASX-listed companies in the natural resources sector.
