Board Moves October 2, 2020

ZhenWei Li has been appointed non-executive director of A-CAP Energy following the resignation of WeiJun Meng.

Mark Caruso has elected to step down as executive chair of Mineral Commodities whilst he defends the charges of aggravated burglary, common assault and unlawful trespass while assisting a friend in enforcing an abandonment order. Mr Caruso has retained an eminent senior counsel to vigorously defend the charges. He will continue in his role as chief executive. Current non-executive director David Baker will become non-executive chair.

Guy-Robert Lukama and Joas Kabete have resigned as non-executive directors of Vector Resources, with chief executive Simon Youds joining the board as executive director.
