Board Moves November 4, 2020

Michael Anderson, having served on the board of Hot Chili since 2011, has resigned as non-executive director.

Brandon Munro will retire as non-executive director of ScandiVanadium at the upcoming AGM on November 6.

Phillip Campbell has stepped down as non-executive chair of Vmoto, with the company appointing Blair Sergeant as non-executive director. Mr Sergeant is an experienced public company executive with a long history at Vmoto, including as managing director where he was responsible for the acquisition of Vmoto in mid 2006, resulting in its effective reverse takeover of what was previously known as Optima Corporation.
