Board Moves May 27, 2021

Big River Gold has appointed Adrian Goldstone as non-executive director. Mr Goldstone has nearly 40 years of international experience in The Americas, Eastern Europe and Russia, Central and SE Asia, and Australasia. He held senior technical and executive corporate roles for numerous projects and was involved in corporate governance and strategies, technical and environmental excellence, social licence, and multi-stakeholder sustainability.

Capricorn Metals has appointed Bernard De Araugo as non-executive director. Mr De Araugo is a qualified metallurgist with over 30 years of experience in mining and processing, including senior management and technical roles at several gold mining operations within Australia and overseas.

Zhen Wang has replaced Keng Poon as non-executive director and company secretary of RMG, and ShanYin Liu has been appointed non-executive director following the resignation of Liang Li from the board. Mr Wang has more than 15 years of experience in international finance and investment, and in IPO on the ASX, SGX, HKEX and Nasdaq. Mr Liu has worked on mining projects in coal, iron ore, and a range of commodities in Australia, Asia, and North America.
