Mark Englebert has been appointed as chief financial officer of MCS Services. Mr Englebert has held several senior finance roles including positions with FTI Consulting, National Australia Bank and Grant Thornton.
Feng Xue has been appointed as non-executive director of Buxton Resources. Mr Xue is an experienced mining executive and entrepreneur based in Shanghai. He currently serves as one of the experts on the strategic decision committee of China CEFC Energy Company and as the general manager of Projects Management & Procurement Center of China CEFC Energy Company.
Liu Xing Zhou has resigned as a non-executive director of the company. Mr Xing Zhou has been a director of Buxton Resources since 2012.
Mark Reilly, Gregory Wood and Paula Cowan have been appointed as non-executive directors to The Carajas Copper Company.
Mr Reilly worked with Coopers & Lybrand in Perth before establishing his own accounting practice in 1997. He was a director of Forte Energy, Harvest Minerals and Paradigm Metals.
Mr Wood has held management positions with companies including Asciano, Patrick Stevedores and Pacific National.
Ms Cowan is presently a director of Palisade Business Consulting. She is also a director of Lithex Resources.
David Wheeler, Joe Graziano and Nicole Fernandes have resigned from the positions of executive chairman, non-executive director and non- executive director respectively. Additonally, Joe Graziano has resigned as company secretary and Ms Cowan will be replacing Mr Graziano as company secretary.
Dominic Barnes has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of Recce. Mr Barnes has had directorships and senior regulatory appointments with leading global pharmaceutical companies: Shire, AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson.
James T Hamilton has resigned as executive chairman of Spitfire Resources. Mr Hamilton served as a director since the company’s incorporation nine years ago.
