Board Moves March 23, 2021

The Agency Group Australia has appointed highly experienced industry executive Geoff Lucas as group chief executive from March 29. Mr Lucas has over 25 years of commercial experience in the areas of accounting, finance and financial services. He also has significant executive experience including being chief executive and chief operating officer of McGrath Estate Agents over a combined 10-year period.

Rod Wheatley has replaced Paul Mason as company secretary of Emmerson Resources. Mr Wheatley is a CPA qualified accountant with over 13 years of finance and accounting experience within the resources industry.

Aditya Asthana has been appointed chief financial officer and company secretary of First Graphene, taking over from Peter Youd who will be retiring at the end of April after over 8 years with the company. Mr Asthana has over 14 years of local and international experience in finance and business management.

Mark Gasson has resigned as executive director of Taruga Minerals. He has been a director since February 2018.
