Board Moves June 28, 2021

Walter Joseph has been appointed non-executive director and company secretary of Holista CollTech. Mr Joseph has over five decades of experience holding senior management and consulting positions in planning, marketing, business development and operations. Heng Fai Chan and Blair Michelson have resigned as non-executive directors, with Mr Michelson also stepping down as company secretary.

Resonance Health has appointed current executive director Mitchell Wells as managing director from 2 July. Mr Wells joined the company in April 2017 and was appointed to the board in February 2018.

Demetrios Pynes has resigned as managing director and executive director of Threat Protect Australia. He joined the company in September 2015, the year the company listed on the ASX.

Transcendence Technologies has appointed Mauro Piccini as non-executive director, and non-executive director Jeremy King has taken over from Peter Wall as non-executive chair. Mr Piccini, a Chartered Accountant with 7 years at the ASX, specialises in corporate advisory matters, company secretarial and financial management services for ASX-listed companies, capital raisings and IPOs, due diligence reviews, ASX and ASIC compliance.

Triton Minerals has appointed Andrew Frazer as non-executive director. Mr Frazer has over 30 years of capital markets experience and is the founder & managing director of Lazarus Corporate Finance.
