Board Moves June 25, 2021

CZR Resources has appointed Trevor O'Connor as chief financial officer and company secretary. Mr O’Connor is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Company Secretary with over 25 years of corporate experience, including over 15 years in the mining and energy industries within Australia and overseas. He takes over from Stephen Hewitt-Dutton who has resigned as company secretary, having held the role since 2010.

Anthony Panther and Patricia Vanni have taken over from Melanie Leydin as joint company secretaries of De.mem. Mr Panther has over 30 years of experience and specialises in financial reporting and company secretarial practice. Ms Vanni has over 15 years of experience in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, engineering, procurement, construction contracts and compliance.

Fung-Ming Pang and Colin Hiles have resigned as non-executive directors of Triple Energy.

Wesfarmers has appointed Alison Watkins as non-executive director from September. Ms Watkins has extensive experience, both at CEO and board level, and has contributed significantly to economic, business and public policy development in Australia. Ms Watkins was the group managing director of Coca-Cola Amatil for seven years, stepping down in May following the acquisition of Amatil by Coca-Cola European Partners.
