CFOAM, manufacturer of inorganic carbon material, has appointed Todd Hoare as interim non-executive director. Mr Hoare has been an investor since the company’s listing and is well versed with many aspects of the company’s operations. Current managing director Michael Placha will resign from the role and become chief executive and president of Carbon Innovations, the US operating subsidiary of CFOAM. Mr Placha is the largest shareholder of CFOAM and will remain as director to assist in the management transition.
David Bailey has been appointed chief executive officer of Australian Finance Group. Over his 13 years with the company, Mr Bailey has held the positions of chief financial officer and chief operating officer. He was the interim chief executive prior to this appointment.
Jay Stephenson has resigned as executive chair of Yonder and Beyond, and will take on a non-executive chair role until a suitable replacement has been found.
Fred Grimwade has resigned as non-executive chair of Troy Resources. Peter Stern has been appointed non-executive director and interim chair. Mr Stern has been providing corporate advisory services since 1987.
