Board Moves June 11, 2021

American Pacific Borates has appointed Henri Tausch as chief executive from 9 August. Mr Tausch has broad global business experience as a board director, chief executive and chief operating officer. He will primarily be responsible for managing all facets of project delivery and working with key US stakeholders to complete and then manage a complementary listing in the US for ABR’s securities.

Cycliq Group has appointed David Wheeler and Chris Mews as independent non-executive directors, and Daniel Kennedy has resigned from the board but remains a shareholder of the company. Mr Wheeler has more than 30 years of executive management, directorship and corporate advisory experience. Mr Mews spent over 20 years in the financial services sector where he held senior positions in finance, corporate secretarial and compliance in listed and unlisted companies.

Kaitlin Smith has replaced Kevin Hart as company secretary of Whitebark Energy.
