Board Moves July 30, 2021

Holista CollTech has appointed Loren King as non-executive director, and current executive director and chief executive Dr Rajen Manicka becomes executive chair and CEO following the retirement of Daniel O'Connor as non-executive chair. Mrs King has worked in corporate finance and held senior administration roles with ASX-listed companies, stockbroking and corporate advisory services for over 15 years.

Jupiter Mines has appointed Scott Winter and Peter North as non-executive directors.
