Board Moves July 3, 2020

Wayne Bramwell has resigned as non-executive director of Ardea Resources due to increasing commitments from his executive roles.

Aussie Broadband has announced a new board line-up ahead of its IPO listing later this year, with the appointments of Adrian Fitzpatrick as chair, Vicky Papachristos and Richard Dammery as non-executive directors. Ian Watson and Scott Robson have stepped down as non-executive chair and non-executive director respectively.
