Michael Fry has been appointed as company secretary of Globe Metals & Mining.
Mr Fry has previously held roles at KPMG, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Swick Mining Services and Troika Securities. He is also non-executive director, chief financial officer and company secretary of Cougar Metals.
Leyshon Resources’ current non-executive director Paul Atherley has been appointed to the position of non-executive chairman of the company.
Evgenij Iorich has been appointed as a non-executive director of Peninsula Energy. Most recently Mr Iorich served in a senior executive role at Pala Investments. Prior to joining Pala in 2006, Mr Iorich was a financial manager at Russial metals and mining company - Mechel.
Youzhi Wei has been appointed as executive chairman of Braziron and Robert JS Brierley will now fill the position of non-executive director. Dr Wei has been a non-executive director of Braziron since the company listed in November 2010.
