James Mactier has been appointed to the board of Regis Resources as a non-executive director. Mr Mactier has a deep knowledge of financial markets, the gold industry and the broader resources landscape both in Australia and abroad. He has had a distinguished career in banking, having been joint head of the metals and energy capital division of Macquarie Bank for fifteen years until his retirement from the bank in April 2015.
John Leach has been appointed as a non-executive director of Pancontinental Oil & Gas.
Brad Banducci has been appointed as a chief executive officer and managing director of Woolworths. Prior to this, Mr Banducci was managing director of Woolworths Liquor Group and Director of Liquor, commencing in 2012.
Kelvin Flynn has been appointed as a non-executive director of Silver Lake Resources. Mr Flynn has held various leadership positions in Australia and Asia, having previously held the position of executive director / vice president with Goldman Sachs. He is currently also a director of Global Advanced Metals and a non-executive director of Mineral Resources. Mr Flynn was also a non-executive director of Mutiny Gold.
Alan Campbell has resigned as a non-executive chairman of Renaissance Minerals.
Hamish P Halliday has been appointed as the replacement non-executive chairman. Mr Halliday has founded and held executive and non-executive directorships with a number of exploration companies including Venture Minerals and Adamus Resources.
In addition, the company has also appointed Ross Williams to the board as a non-executive director. Mr Williams is a founding shareholder of MACA. He is presently also a non-executive director of Emerald Resources.
