Ardiden has appointed Bradley Boyle as executive director and Michael Stares as general manager – Canadian operations. Mr Boyle was formerly a managing director of Triton Minerals. Mr Stares, on the other hand, has been involved in the Canadian mineral exploration business for the past 30 years and is based in Thunder Bay, Ontario.
Jaap Poll, Alexander Parks and Wolf G Martinick have been appointed as non-executive directors of Sun Resources. Dr Poll will also serve as the chairman of the company.
Ian Plimer has resigned from the position of chairman but will continue to serve as a non-executive director.
Natalie De Felice has been appointed as the company secretary of Diploma Group. Ms De Felice started her career as a pharmacist at St John of God Subiaco Hospital after which she moved into the role of financial controller and company secretary of Diploma Construction in 2005.
Andrew Wilson has been appointed as a non-executive director of Gulf Manganese Corporation. Mr Wilson served as the president director of BHP Billiton Indonesia from 2000 to 2007. In addition, he has also been a director of several companies including Herald Resources and Robust Resources.
David Walker has been appointed as managing director home improvement at Woolworths to replace Matt Tyson.
Mr Walker was recently general manager finance of home improvement and has worked in finance roles across the company for 8 years.
Matthew Chun has been appointed as the chief executive officer and managing director of Simonds Group. Mr Chun has served as a non-executive director of Simonds Group since 2014.
Xiaoling Liu has been appointed as an independent non-executive director on the board of Iluka Resources. Dr Liu is a former president and chief executive officer of Rio Tinto Minerals. She is currently a non-executive director of Newcrest Mining.
Murray Wylie has been appointed as a non-executive director on the board of Hawkley Oil & Gas. Mr Wylie has been a company secretary to the company since May 2013.
On the other hand, Anthony Reilly has resigned from his position as a non-executive director of the company. Mr Reilly has been a director of Hawkley Oil & Gas since October 2014.
Philip Chronican has been appointed as a non-executive director of National Australia Bank. Mr Chronican previously worked with ANZ Banking Group Australia division. He has also held various executive roles including the role of Group Executive at Westpac.
Brian Leedman has been appointed as a director of ResApp Health. Mr Leedman is a co-founder of the company and currently serves in the role of vice president, corporate affairs. He is also a founding director of Imugene. In addition, Mr Leedman previously served for 10 years as vice president, investor relations for pSivida.
Daniel James Noonan has been appointed as an executive director of Peninsula Mines. Mr Noonan is presently the company’s chief geologist and in country manager of its projects in South Korea.
Trent Spry has been appointed as the chief executive officer of Black Ridge Mining. Mr Spry has served as the company’s technical advisor since 2015.
