Board Moves December 29-31, 2020

Mark Ng has replaced Wilson Lim as the nominated executive director of Credit Intelligence, representing the interests of Hup Hoe Credit and ICS Funding. Mr Ng has over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector across Asia and in the management & governance of listed companies. He has also been involved in a number of IPOs and M&A activity on major stock exchanges and in various industries including logistics, point of sales and retail, fintech, pharmaceuticals and the FMCG sectors.

Mark Niutta has resigned as non-executive director of Motio.

Sandfire Resources has appointed highly experienced mining and corporate governance executives Jenn Morris OAM and John Richards as independent non-executive directors from January 2021. Ms Morris was a partner of Deloitte and spent over 10 years working across the mining, government and transport sectors. Mr Richards is an economist with over 35 years of experience in the resources industry, and has been involved in a wide range of mining M&A transactions on a global scale.

Frank Knezovic has resigned as non-executive director of TAO Commodities.

Peter Canterbury will be stepping down as managing director and chief executive of Triton Minerals at the end of January 2021, but remains with the company as a non-executive director. Current chief financial officer David Edwards will assume the role of interim chief executive from February. It comes as the company looks to proceed into the construction phase of the Ancuabe Graphite Project in Mozambique.
