Board Moves August 3, 2021

Elizabeth Lee has replaced Joel Ives as the company secretary of Credit Intelligence. It has also been mutually agreed that Will Banks will step down as chief operating officer when his executive services agreement expires on 9 August.

DigitalX has appointed Greg Dooley as non-executive director. Mr Dooley is an experienced corporate executive and a consultant to the company since retiring from Computershare Investor Services where he was the managing director for 13 years.
