Board Moves April 28-29 2016

Strategic Minerals Corporation managing director Walter Martin has passed away.

Mr Martin had been involved with the company since 1991.

Grey Egerton-Warburton has been appointed to the board of S2 Resources as an independent non-executive director.

Mr Egerton-Warburton is an experienced corporate financier and has a strong background in natural resources. He has spent 16 years with Hartleys, including most recently as head of corporate finance.
