David Putnam has resigned as interim chief executive officer of Western Mining Network. Mr Putnam has served as interim CEO since the past nine months.
Eric Lilford has been named managing director of Plymouth Minerals. In addition to this, Christian Cordier has been appointed as a non-executive director of the company. Dr Lilford has held the positions of national head of mining for Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Australia, and was a partner of Deloitte in the corporate finance division. Mr Cordier is a qualified accountant with experience as an executive and a non-executive director of listed and private companies.
Charles C Schaus and Brckhurst have retired and resigned, respectively, from the board. Mr Schaus has served as the chairman since 2011 and Mr Brockhurst has served as a nonexecutive director since 2012.
Furthermore, Adrian P Byass has assumed the role of executive chairman and Humphrey Hale remains on the board as a non-executive director.
