Board Moves April 26, 2021

James Dorrian has resigned as non-executive director of 4DS Memory.

DiscovEx Resources has appointed executive technical director Toby Wellman as managing director, following Brad Drabsch’s decision to step down from the role due to family circumstances complicated by the ongoing COVID-19 situation. Both Mr Wellman and Mr Drabsch joined the company in December 2019. Mr Drabsch will remain involved as a senior technical advisor.

Optiscan Imaging has appointed Robert Cooke as non-executive chair. Mr Cooke has over 40 years of experience in the health industry. He held executive leadership roles of public-listed and privately-owned healthcare companies, and managed private & public hospitals in Australia, Asia and the UK. Following this appointment, executive chair and chief executive Darren Lurie will become managing director.
