Board Moves - April 20 2016

Ernest Massawe has resigned as a director of Swala Energy. Mr Massawe has been a non-executive director of the company since its incorporation in early 2013.

Simon Cope has been appointed as an executive director of Spookfish. Mr Cope has previously been a chief technical officer of Nearmap. Mike von Bertouch has resigned as an executive director of the company but  will continue as strategic operations director of the operating subsidiary and an integral member of the executive team.
