The Globe Restaurant’s head chef, Sunny de Ocampo, will share his wealth of culinary knowledge in a cooking class next month.
‘Cooking with Sunny’ will be held on May 10 with the man himself showcasing his signature flair for combining the best of Western Australian produce with gastronomic techniques from around the world.

Must Winebar will host the Cullen & Domaine Blain-Gagnard Dinner on May 4, highlighting the talents of Australia’s Vanya Cullen and Burgundy winemaking legend Marc-Antoine Blain.
On offer will be wines from Cullen’s Wilyabrup Vineyard and a selection of Grand Cru and Premier Cru wines from Domaine Blain-Gagnard located in Chassagne-Montrachet.
